Registration Form and Fees are due two weeks prior to the date of the individual training class or the first session of each five-session series.

Refund Policy

Once an individual or group registration choice has been made, refunds will only be possible within the first week after registration.

A 15% cancellation fee will be assessed. In fairness to the trainer and all others who are committed to following the training, your considerate understanding will be well appreciated.

Attendance Policy and Make-Up Sessions

If a session has been missed, it may only be made up by attendance alone under special arrangements with the trainer. Missed session fees due to absence will not be refundable as the refund policy states.

Payments

Group fees per individual are to be forwarded by the supervising authority. When a group rate has been honored, individual payments will not be acceptable. It is expected that missed sessions by one or more individuals will be made up subsequently under special arrangements with the trainer.
